Join the Board We've welcomed a few new members to the BLL Board recently, and we're so grateful to them! But we still have some key positions to fill. Volunteering with BLL is not only rewarding but also a lot of fun. Our all-volunteer board of more than 20 members ensures the workload is shared among busy parents. We're looking for an umpire scheduler, field scheduler, uniform manager, and special events coordinator. You don’t need specific skills for these roles, the outgoing board members will train you. For full details on these roles, visit our volunteer web page.
Summer Ball Summer Ball registration is now open! While you can register until the end of June, early registration really helps us plan. Summer Ball means two games a week, no practices, and no weekends—just pure fun! Be sure to register for the division you'll likely play in next season. The registration fee is $60. Register here.

Fun facts from our 70th season:

- 463 players (398 baseball; 75 softball)
- 96 coaches
- 7 All Star Teams across nearly all possible age divisions
To manage the season and the teams we had:
- Help from 249 volunteers
- Held 691 practices
- Hosted 235 games
- Umpires covered 175 game slots; 65 by junior umpires only
- Used 480 softballs
- Used 1,230 baseballs
- Used 920 wiffle balls for practices
Every year we award our baseball Tournament of Champions, as well as trophies for teams that win our sportsmanship award, which is voted on by other coaches, team parents and umpires. And softball coaches nominate one player as the season’s “most inspirational.” Congrats to our 2024 winners!
