Pre-season indoor training for registered baseball players in AA, AAA or Majors starts this Saturday, January 6 at The HIVE located at 921 Elliot Ave. W.
BASEBALL FREE TRAINING RULES + ELIGIBILITY
1. Players MUST be registered to sign up for training.
2. There are only 16 spots available each hour between 1:30 to 3:30.
3. Only sign up for one time slot each day. You are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as you can make. But if your plans change, please take your name off the list for that day to open a spot for another player.
4. Bring your own bat, glove, and helmet if you have them. If you do not have them, we will have some on hand to borrow.

Pre-season indoor training for registered softball players in AA, AAA or Majors and Juniors starts this Sunday, January 7 at the Rain City Fieldhouse located at 26 S. Dawson Street.
SOFTBALL FREE TRAINING RULES + ELIGIBILITY
1. Players MUST be registered to sign up for training.
2. There are only 20 spots available each hour between 4 to 6pm.
3. Only sign up for one time slot each day. You are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as you can make. But if your plans change, please take your name off the list for that day to open a spot for another player.
4. Bring your own bat, glove, mask and helmet if you have them. If you do not have them, we will have some on hand to borrow.
