We know players are eager to start swinging again! We will have coaches available to work with players of all skill levels, for divisions AA and up. If you have registered, you can participate in the following - at no additional charge:

• Baseball. Starting Saturday, January 6, 2024 we have space at the Hive's indoor training facility in Interbay. We will have two workout times between 1:30-3:30 p.m. This runs through Saturday, February 10. 

• Softball: Starting January 6 through February  11 we will have indoor softball training sessions between 4-6 p.m. at Rain City Fieldhouse in the Georgetown neighborhood.

Once you register for the 2024 season, you will be eligible to sign up for BLL’s free winter training program.  Full details and a sign-up sheet will be announced soon.

Also, save the date for baseball assessments, leagues AA and older: Saturday, February 3, time TBD. We ask players to please join us for assessments so we can create fair and equal teams, based on all abilities. This makes our league games much more fun!

We would love to welcome even more players to our Ballard ballfields this spring, please pass this note along to friends who may be new to baseball or softball. Also, remember all teams are coached by volunteers. If you are able, please consider signing up to coach or umpire when registering your player, we appreciate it! 

Ballard Little League is a community-based baseball and softball program that has been active in our neighborhood for 70 years. We take great pride in teaching and modeling good baseball and softball skills to young players of all levels. A big part of our ongoing success is how much our Ballard players enjoy playing with friends, classmates and neighbors - as well as making new friends from nearby schools.
