All Stars, Parade, Picnic and more!

Hello Ballard Little League families,

We hope you are enjoying the season! A few reminders this month:

Save the date: Our end of year picnic will be from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 10. More details to follow! We will hand out trophies and thank our sponsors and volunteers.
Join us for the Syttende Mai parade on May 17! Players and their families can walk in the parade and represent Ballard Little League. Line up at 5:30 p.m. on Field 1 of the Ballard Community Center. Email Carissa Olds at [email protected] if you have any questions.
All Stars sign up by Wednesday, May 17. All Star baseball and softball is open to all players who are league age 8-12 and who have played in at least 8 games this season. All Stars is fun, competitive and means playing a lot of baseball in June and July! To read more and learn about the time commitment, visit our website. You can sign up here for tryouts by May 17. Tryouts will be held on Sunday, May 21st.

Final schedules for AA and higher are coming soon! These divisions will have a Tournament of Champions with a double elimination bracket. Games will be played starting May 22 through June 10.
AA Baseball championship game/season ends on June 10.
AAA Baseball championship game/season ends on June 8
Majors Baseball likely to end on June 6 with a championship game
AAA and Majors Softball tournament dates to come, A Softball and AA Softball end by June 10.

Summer league: registration will open at the end of May for baseball and softball summer league, which runs from early July to early August and is a fun way to keep the season going! Players who are on AA now can play in the summer AAA division, and players currently in AAA can play in the summer majors division.
